The hotel has four distinctive buildings that house the various room types. Most rooms have views of our tranquil gardens or the distinctive Dallas skyline..or both. Guests can request the building of their choice in the "comments" section on the booking page or over the phone when calling the hotel.

Moderne Building- Standards, Deluxe, Hospitality Suite and the Belmont Conference Room can all be found in the Moderne Building. This is our main building where you'll also find the hotel lobby and the BarBelmont neighborhood lounge and terrace with its outstanding city views. Once you see it, you'll want to throw all your parties in our second floor Hospitality Suite described below. Our Conference Room is large enough to accommodate 16-20 for a meeting. The guest rooms are primarily single queen with a few double queens.

Garden Rooms & Suites- Eight Rooms including Standard, Deluxe, and Suites curl around one of our beautiful gardens adjacent to the Moderne building and its amenities. Three adjacent rooms connect to create a semi-private enclave that can accommodate a bridal party or gathering of friends or family. Bedding is single queens and one double queen. Bed preference based on availability - be sure to state your preference in the comments section on the booking page.

Loft Building- These Junior Suites and Suites are all 2-story and offer incomparable city skyline views, all situated just steps away from The Green lounging lawn and year-round pool. Each loft has a queen-size bed upstairs and a twin day bed on the first floor, so feel free to bring the kid. Additional amenities include a mini wet bar complete with refrigerator and sink.

Bungalows- The Bungalows include all 4 room types and the Terrace Suite. They surround a lush walking garden. The Terrace Suite features a soaking tub as well as its own private patio and hot tub overlooking the city.
